Использование внешних dll

Создаем в Visual Studio библиотеку классов C#. Если собираемся передавать в длл указатели, то открываем свойства проекта, вкладка Построение и добавляем галочку Разрешить небезопасный код. Например,

В свойствах проекта выбираем вместо ANY x86 В
